Welcome! I’m Ali, and this is my website Love2Eat2Love. As a professional athlete, living a healthy lifestyle is really important. I like to say, if you eat good, you feel good, and you play good. But being healthy is for everyone, no matter who you are or what you do for a living. My goal is to show you that eating nutritious foods can be easy, quick, affordable, and of course delicious.





The site is divided into two sections. In LOVE, you will find my blog, in which I share the inspiration behind my recipes, as well as links to people, places, and projects that are dear to my heart. In EAT, you will find my favorite healthy recipes.
