Clean Bounty Bars

This recipe packs in the coconut flavor with three different forms of coconut and is sweetened with maple syrup and very dark chocolate- no strange and unpronounceable ingredients here!
1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/2 cup coconut milk
2 Tbsp coconut oil
2 Tbsp maple syrup
100 grams (1 bar) 85% dark chocolate
Combine coconut, coconut milk, coconut oil, and maple syrup in a saucepan over low heat and stir to combine. Press mixture into a container lined with parchment paper for easy removal and freeze until completely solid. Slice into bars and coat or drizzle with melted chocolate. (Melt chocolate by placing squares in a bowl over a small pot of simmering water). Return to the freezer or fridge briefly to set the chocolate and enjoy! Store in the fridge.
