3 Ingredient Fro-Yo
Serves 1 hungry person
1 cup (2.5 dl) frozen fruit (I used mango)
1 Tbs yogurt of choice (dairy free, oatgurt, quark, greek)
1 tsp honey or agave
Blend all ingredients in a food processor or high quality blender. Blend until smooth. Serve with toppings of your choice. Enjoy!
