It’s that time of the year again! Here’s my favorite veggie marinade that will make even the meat-eaters’ mouths water:
1/2 cup tamari or soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
2 Tbsp whole grain or Dijon mustard
1 garlic clove, minced
Mix well, add chopped veggies, and let sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes in a sealed container.
