Anti-Inflammatory Tea

Anti-Inflammatory Tea
(Serves 4)

This tea is delicious either hot or cold and will help keep you healthy during cold season!

1 liter of water (about 4 cups)
1/2 lemon, thinly sliced
1 knob fresh ginger, roughly chopped
1.5 Tbsp maple syrup (adjust to taste)
2 tsp ground turmeric
1 tsp cinnamon
.
Put all of the ingredients into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Turn down the heat and simmer for at least 10 minutes. Strain through a sieve as you pour into mugs or into a large jar to store in the fridge.
