Apple Pie Overnight Oats (vegan, gluten free, dairy free, nut free)
Overnight oats are the easiest way to ensure you get a nutrient rich and filling breakfast, even if you’re on the go. Here’s one of my favorite simple recipes:
Chop up an apple and add to a jar. Top with a handful of oats, spoonful of pumpkin seeds, splash of maple syrup, and sprinkle of cinnamon. Cover with your choice of milk and refrigerate overnight. Stir or shake before enjoying.
