Asian Ginger Sesame Dressing (paleo, gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian)
An easy dressing that is my go-to for livening up any salad. Too sweet? Too strong? Adjust the flavors by adding/removing/increasing/decreasing any of the ingredients- make it your own!
Tastes great with veggies, noodles, zoodles, fish, chicken, pretty much everything!
1/2 cup (1 dL) olive oil
1/4 cup (1/2 dL) rice vinegar
2 Tbsp tamari or soy sauce
1 Tbsp honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
2 Tbsp water
Add all of the ingredients to a jar and shake really really well. Store in the fridge.
