Betty’s Overnight Oats

Betty’s Overnight Oats (vegan, gluten free, dairy free, nut free, sugar free)

Currently playing professionally in Iceland, Betsy prepares her oats in the evenings so her breakfast is ready when she wakes up! 1 cup oats (can sub GF)
1 cup almond milk (or any milk)
1 Tbs chia seeds
1 Tbs raw cacao powder
1 Tbs shredded coconut
1 Tbs honey or maple syrup, optional
Half of a banana
Handful of berries (fresh or frozen)

Put everything in a jar and mix well. Place in the fridge for at least 3 hours, or overnight for best results.
