Ginger Biscuits 

Ginger Biscuits (paleo, gluten free, dairy free)
Makes 8-9 itty bitty biscuits

Nothing like a little gingery treat to spice up a cold and rainy day. No eggs, no dairy, no gluten, no refined sugars, yet they still taste like Christmas! Thanks @freefromfairy!
3 Tbs coconut flour
2 Tbs melted coconut oil
1-2 Tbs honey
1 Tbs almond butter
1 Tbs ground ginger
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F/175 degrees C.
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well until you get a sticky dough. Use a teaspoon to place little balls of dough on a parchment covered baking sheet. Press to flatten into thin biscuits and bake 5-6 minutes until golden. Leave to cool and crisp up before enjoying.
