Green Machine Balls (raw, vegan, paleo, gluten free, dairy free, sugar free)
1 cup raw cashews
1 cup soft, large dates (or regular dates soaked in hot water for at least 10 minutes)
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1 Tbs organic supergreens powder (I use Renee Voltaire’s ‘Superfoodmix Green Cleanse,’ a mixture of wheatgrass, chlorella, and ginger)
In a food processor, process cashews until finely chopped before adding the rest of the ingredients and blending until a sticky dough forms. Roll into balls and refrigerate.
