Health Bombs

Health Bombs (raw, gluten free, dairy free)
Makes 16 raw balls

The raw ball of all raw balls. The #beastmode ball. This raw ball would dominate #crossfit AND #soulcycle…at the same time. The Health Bomb has no fruit, no dates, and no refined sugar (I still want you to eat them, so I threw in just 1 tablespoon of honey). They are packed with protein and healthy fats and will boost your energy through the roof!
1/2 cup natural peanut butter (no added sugar or salt)
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/2 cup gluten free raw oats
1/4 cup ground flax seed
2 heaping Tbsp coconut oil, room temp
1 Tbsp honey
Mix everything together in a food processor until all of the ingredients are incorporated, and the mixture sticks together. Squeeze/shape into balls. Eat at room temperature or allow them to firm up in the fridge. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
