Hoisin-Peanut Sauce (vegan, gluten free, dairy free)
This sauce comes together in 2 minutes and will take any dish to the next level. Dip spring or summer rolls into it, smother over chicken skewers, or pour over a tofu and veggie bowl. Thank you @farinakingsley for this bomb recipe!
1/3 cup (1/2 dl) hoisin sauce (make sure to get a gluten free brand)
2 heaping Tbsp natural peanut butter
1 garlic clove, pressed
2 Tbsp warm water
1 Tbsp rice vinegar
1/2 tsp sriracha or other chili sauce
Toasted peanuts, optional
Stir, whisk, or blend together all ingredients except peanuts until smooth. Add peanuts (crushed or whole) and serve. Can be chilled covered in the fridge until serving.
