Honey Garlic Shrimp

Honey Garlic Shrimp (paleo, gluten free, dairy free, nut free)
Serves 2
An easy shrimp dinner exploding with flavor that’s ready in 15 minutes. Serve with some veggies and grains to soak up the sauce, like broccoli and brown rice.
1 pound/500 grams uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 Tbsp honey
1/4 cup (1/2 dL) tamari or soy sauce
2 large garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp oil (I always cook with neutral coconut oil)
Mix the honey, tamari, and garlic in a bowl. Stir well and pour half of it over the shrimp in a bowl or container. Cover both the shrimp and the remaining marinade and place both in the fridge for at least 15 minutes. The longer the better! When ready to eat, heat the oil on medium-high heat before adding the marinated shrimp. Cook for about 45 seconds on one side before flipping and adding the remaining marinade. Cook for 1 minute and serve.
