Kale Chips

Kale Chips:
Serves 2

1 bunch kale
1 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
Pinch sea salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F/175 degrees C. Wash kale and separate leaves from the hard stems. Break up into bite sized pieces. Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle sea salt on top. Mix thoroughly. Spread out in a baking pan or on a parchment covered baking sheet. Bake until starting to turn brown, about 10-15 minutes. Watch carefully- there’s a small window between soggy and burned! *Add whatever spices or flavorings you like! I add garlic powder and cayenne pepper to give the chips a kick.
