The Easiest Healthy Banana Bread Ever
I made this twice last week because it’s that good and that easy. Of course I added dark chocolate chips and put banana slices on top because I’m so fancy!
3 medium bananas or 2 large bananas (plus more for the top if you want!)
2 cups oats
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
Dark chocolate chips, optional
Preheat oven to 350 F/175 C.
Blend the banana, oats, eggs, vanilla and baking soda until smooth. Pour into a greased or silicone loaf tin. Sprinkle the chocolate chips over and top with thinly sliced banana, if desired. Bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let loaf cool in pan before removing and serving. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
