Nut Free Caramel (raw, vegan, paleo, gluten free, dairy free, nut free, sugar free)
This goes into the center of my No-Bake Twix Bars, but you can enjoy it with sliced apples, swirled into ice cream, or on top of cupcakes. Super delicious and it definitely doesn’t taste like dates.
20 soft dates (or soak your dates in hot water until soft)
3 Tbsp almond milk (or milk of choice)
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Bonus: sprinkle of sea salt
Blend until smooth and enjoy! Can be stored covered in the fridge for a week.
