Blistered Padrón Peppers
This tapa is a real crowd pleaser that sounds and looks impressive but is actually super simple to make! Padrón peppers are very mild, although 1 in 50 can be spicy, which makes this low calorie veggie even more exciting 🤪
1 handful of peppers per person
1 tbsp olive oil per serving of peppers
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet until smoking. Add peppers and toss until skin blisters and softens, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and toss with sea salt. Serve after allowing to cool slightly.
