The legendary player/sport director/personal trainer Therese Sjögran inspired this dish, as it’s a perfect meal to recharge with after one of her training sessions. You’ve got your carbs, fats, and proteins (here I’ve used tofu but you can easily replace with grilled chicken), and it is super quick and easy to make.
