The Simple Green

This is the first of many smoothie recipes I’ll be posting. Starting off nice and slow, here’s a basic green smoothie that will give you a boost of iron, potassium, and vitamins A, C, and K!
1 medium banana
1 large handful fresh spinach leaves
1 date
3/4 cup almond milk (or regular milk)
