Three Ingredient Sorbet (vegan, paleo, gluten free, dairy free, nut free)
Makes 2 small portions
Take your favorite frozen fruit and make a delicious and healthy sorbet in under 5 minutes using nothing but a food processor!
1 cup (2.5 dl) frozen fruit
1-2 Tbsp milk of choice (I like @oatly)
Choice of liquid sweetener, to taste
Blend your frozen fruit in a food processor, adding milk one tablespoon at a time until smooth. Add sweetener to taste and pulse to combine. Serve immediately with your favorite toppings.
