Vegan Banana Pancakes (vegan, gluten free, dairy free, nut free, sugar free)
Makes about 5 small pancakes
Turns out you don’t need egg, milk, or flour to make delicious pancakes. These are sweet and dense and you only need three ingredients + 5 minutes to whip them up!
1/2 cup (1 dl) gluten free oats
3-4 Tbsp water or milk of choice
1 tsp vanilla extract
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth (or use hand blender). Spoon batter onto a greased skillet over medium high heat. Cook pancakes for 2-3 minutes or until bubbling. Flip and cook for 1 more minute.
